Curated directly by the reviewer from ILOSTAT (International Labour Organization statistics), which republishes the Bangladesh Labour Force Survey of the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics: median monthly earnings, total sex, 2024 annual, national currency (survey income from employment, pre-tax). Archetype: all employees in Information and communication (ISIC Rev.4 section J). The three technology families share this one published pool; the ICT branch mixes specialists with telecom and support roles, so it understates pure specialists. Published MEDIAN stored as p50; the same series publishes a mean of 22,784 for 2024. No seniority split exists, so this is an all-seniority figure: treat it as a floor when quoting senior roles. The same series stood at 15,000 in 2022, so pay has kept moving.
